Refunds are calculated based on when the team backs out of an event. The earlier you cancel, the more you get back. Use the timeline below to find your scenario.

Special Case · Backing Out To Join Another Event
If a team is dropping only to join a different event, refunds are not given. The fees can be applied to a future event, but a $100 fee applies if the original event was sold out.
